Woke up before the sun came up with a killer headache from hell. Despite the headache I made it to the gym but only was able to do a light workout due to all the headache crap I had taken.
Got home from the gym and did nothing the rest of the day except lay around feeling like crap but, despite the cold weather, went over this evening and played racquetball in the park.
Came home feeling great after playing for a few hours but then ended up in a drama conversation from hell with my partner which was just kind of overwhelming after today's issues.
Somehow in all of this I've managed to get today's work done but I'm feeling emotionally and physically drained right now.
