Today may be the last cool day before it gets stifling hot starting tomorrow so got up early and played racquetball in the park before planting my fat ass in front of the computer to do today's work.
Actually I ended up playing racquetball again late this afternoon indoors at the gym with Christine.
I may have overdone it a bit playing twice in one day as I feel like I've been run over by a bus right about now.
Hopefully all this exercise will help me loose the wight that I put on over the last few weeks while I did nothing much except lay around sick with a Cold.
Speaking of exercise... Going tomorrow to pickup some kayaking gloves for the both of us so that next time we go we don't end up with blisters again. We are hoping to do some kayaking in Biscayne Nation Park in a few weeks when Christine gets a week off from work. With luck we may find some time before then too.
