Woke up with a migraine that seems to be finally under control but I've taken so many meds for it that it's left me feeling discombobulated.
Maybe it's due to the full moon.
Waited to eat until Christine got home but then when I told her that I didn't feel up to going to the gym she took it as I didn't want to do anything so fixed herself something to eat and made plans without me.
I had planned on going down to the beach with Christine when she got home from work and grabbing a bite to eat but it seems we aren't communicating tonight so she is doing her thing and I'm left hanging. Would probably just go to bed and try for a better day tomorrow but the meds that I've been taking all day has left me wired and emotional.
Tomorrow will be a new day with a fresh start.
