I only had a couple of drinks at our party last night so I'm guessing that I have a junk food hangover. Especially since my partner also is feeling just plan wrong today and she didn't drink at all. Either that or we caught something from our guests.
Our party went well although the turnout was smaller then we had hoped for. Everyone is just in funk this year not wanting to do anything. Hopefully 2009 will be a better year for everyone.
Last night the glass on our living room coffee table nicked my leg one too many times so today I went over to Pier 1 imports and replaced it with the one that I've had my eye on for awhile. It turned out that the only one left was the one on display and it had a tiny nick in it so they gave it to me cheap.
We were going to go to the park tonight for winter solstice but it's chilly out and we both pretty much have felt like crap all day so decided against going which is rather disappointing as it is only twice a year and the last one got rained out.
