Work up feeling like crap this morning. I'm guessing that I caught this cold from our house guest. Not that I actually think she gave me this cold but I want to blame it on someone.
Despite feeling like crap I needed to get out of the house for a little while today so I went for a bike ride. It seemed like a good idea at the time but about half way through it I realized that not being able to breath makes for a really unenjoyable bike ride so I came back home and have been pretty much a couch potato for the rest of the day.
