I love science and space stuff. Found this this is a totally awesome image captured by French astrophotographer Thierry Legault while surfing a science site.

The visible detail of the shuttle and parts of the International Space Stations is absolutely amazing!

Insurance woes continue. I got a bill from Florida Citizens Insurance Saturday and they raised my rates by almost a thousand dollars which makes no sense since my rate was supposedly going down by almost a thousand dollars for installing hurricane rated shutters. Called my insurance agency first thing Monday and they seem to think it is just that Citizens Insurance hasn't processed my latest mitigation report. It's hard to believe what a mess getting insurance on a home in Florida is.

I've pushed my body to its limit...
We spent most of Sunday cleaning house and then went snorkeling for a bit until it started getting dark.

Yesterday the ocean got choppy so instead on snorkeling we got out our bicycles and peddled our asses around the neighborhood. Oddly Christy pooped out first but both of us just collapsed when we got back to the house.

Today I hit the gym and tried to workout but after doing the treadmill and a few machines my body just kind of gave out. It didn't help that the last few nights I've only gotten a few hours of sleep due to working late into the night all week and then getting up around sunrise.

I think tonight will be an early to bed night after watching Weeds and Nurse Jacky off of the DVR.

Euro Chick Gets Banged For Cash

I'm sore all over... between the gym yesterday where I kind of over did it and then going snorkeling I seem to have made muscles sore that I didn't even know I had.

Despite being sore as hell we were still going to try to go up to Red Reef and snorkel but today turned out to be a rainy day of thunder storms.

It would have been a good day to spend the day indoors cleaning house but both of us ended up in the office working all day instead and at this point I feel like I've become a blob in my office chair.

At least I got a bunch of work done. I'm thinking of taking my blob self and becoming a blob on the den couch and becoming a TV blob for the rest of the evening before blobbing out in bed for the night.

Hopefully I'l wake up refreshed and unblobbed in the morning.

Cabbie Gets Her Girl

After driving around town for a few hours this morning looking at options for something to use a few hundred yards from shore for snorkeling I ended up ordering the Intex Seahawk 400 boat set from Amazon with free shipping. I also ordered the Coleman Rechargeable Quick Pump to inflate it rather than using the hand pump that comes with it.

This evening we went over to Vista Park which is less than two miles from our house and did another practice snorkel and also to try out our new fin socks. Wow what a difference in comfort the fin socks made! We have been told that there is a decent reef about a hundred yards from shore at Vista Park but we are going to wait until our little inflatable boat arrives in about a week to check it out.

Got a Google invite for Google Voice yesterday so now I have a Google Voice account. Not really sure what I'll do with it but it does seem like something that would be very useful but much more so if I could have ported an existing number to it. One thing nice about is I can call someone from my iPhone and the Google Voice number come up in their caller ID instead of my iPhone.

Christy unexpectedly had the day off so I also took the day off and we went over to John U. Lloyd state park to practice snorkeling. The water was nice and flat and perfect for snorkeling but there isn't a reef close to shore in shallow water. We started to swim out to deeper water but both of us realized that we aren't comfortable snorkeling that far from shore in deep water.

So now we are looking at getting a small raft so that we can go out to the reefs that are a few hundred yards from shore in water that averages around twelve feet deep. Something like this one that I found on Amazon this evening, Challenger 400 68364 inflatable boat raft. Going to go around to a few places locally to see what is available but I have a feeling that we will probably get it from Amazon.

Also on the way back we stopped at a couple of dive shops and picked up fin socks as booth of us found wearing fins without them to be too uncomfortable. I say a couple of dive shops but actually it too three dive shops to find fin socks for both of us as one place was way over priced, one place only had my size and the last place had Christy's size.

Storm shutter dude came by late this afternoon to adjust one of the shutter tracks and drop off a missing panel so our house is now hurricane certified on its mitigation report and Citizens Windstorm insurance should finally give us a discount.

Lonely Housewife Fucks The Pool Guy

Bought two sets of Body Glove brand snorkeling equipment at Sports Authority. For the price it seems to be pretty decent stuff. Christy is so petite that she had to get a children's size mask.

We went down to Fort Lauderdale beach this evening to make sure everything fits and works correctly. Fort Lauderdale beach doesn't have anything but sand to look at and the water was way too rough so we got tossed around a lot so we didn't stay long but at least we were able to check out our new snorkeling equipment.

I also took along my Sanyo underwater cam that I bought back in 2007 but one of its seals leaked and let water in. I have it drying out after rinsing it in fresh water but I'm pretty sure its days are over. Not a big loss as I never liked its design and its quality pretty much sucks. I'm guessing that the tadpole video that I shot the other day will be its last vid.

Everything seems to fit and work well but both of us want to get some fin socks before doing some real snorkeling. Also we have two U.S. Diver's equipment bags coming from Amazon.

Hopefully in the next week or so the water will be flat when we are both able to take the day off. We are planning on going snorkeling at Red Reef Park in Boca Raton for our first snorkeling adventure.

Once we are better at this we are planning on mixing kayaking with snorkeling at places like Peanut Island and Biscayne National Park.

Screwing a Housewife Poolside

Woken up by Christy yelling "we have cannibal tadpoles." Sure enough the big tadpoles that had started getting legs were going around sucking up the little baby tadpoles and eating them. Guess it really sucks to be the younger sibling if you are a tadpole.

No cannibal tadpoles caught in this short movie but this morning the big ones having a feast of the little ones.

Finally after weeks of waiting for storm shutters we have them installed... mostly. Still missing a one very small panel and one of the tracks need to be moved down a bit so that the shutters on that window actually fit between the tracks but everything was finished enough to have a wind storm mitigation inspection this morning and the inspector said we are now code rated. Hopefully will never have to use the shutters but living in hurricane hell I'm sure we will get to use them sooner rather than later.

Apple really pulled through the other day. Christy’s almost two year old Macbook had a swollen battery and despite it being out of warranty Apple replaced the battery for free. While we were there I had all I could do not to buy the new 17" Macbook Pro with a matt screen after playing around with it for about a half hour.

Watched a rather odd movie that was very enjoyable but with a really shocking and disturbing ending yesterday called Dark Matter the other day.

Been looking snorkeling equipment for the last few weeks. We found stuff that we really liked at Sports Authority but didn't buy it that day and when we went back yesterday they were sold out.

Ouch, ouch, ouch...
I didn't realize how pale I've become and did ten minutes in a tanning bed the other day and now I look like I've been spray painted red. It's been a few days now but I'm still really tender all through my mid section. I've been wearing loose fitting clothes and staying out of the sun like I'm a vampire. Hopefully by this weekend I won't be hurting anymore.

We have little tiny young frogs, lots of them. They are so small that I thought they were crickets until one hopped onto the living room window from the fountain. The fountain still has hundreds of tadpoles in it. Hopefully having so many frogs and lizards in the front yard will keep the mosquito population down a bit.

Our new storm shutters were suppose to arrive today so I was stuck waiting for the delivery but about a hour ago I got a call that there was a problem with them and they won't be here until tomorrow so I get to sit here waiting for them again tomorrow.

Tried to play indoor racquetball yesterday but for whatever reason after about a half a game I felt like I was going to pass out and today I feel like I've caught a cold.

Another day of stifling heat, humidity, mosquitoes, porn, new storm shutter tracks being installed and errands.

The fountain in my front yard is full of tadpoles and at night we get a frog show. It's like the living room's window has become a huge terrarium and has become the centerpiece of entertainment watching the frogs hopping from plant to fountain and onto the living room window.

Googled about tadpoles today and found out they need something to climb onto once they start growing legs so put some bricks in the fountain for them to climb onto and next time I go to the store going to pickup some fish food flakes so that they have something to eat besides each other.

Just another day like yesterday except I'm one day older and instead of going to the gym I spent the day doing a huge pile of laundry.

Turned on Pandora radio today and some new music from Grace Jones came on. Being a Grace Jones fan from back in the eighties I decided to buy her new album Hurricane. Tried iTunes, Amazon and a bunch of other places but all the places I tried only offered to sell me a CD or a LP. I didn't even know that LPs were still made and why would I want a CD. Finally after doing a ton of Google searches I found a place in Europe that sold her music as MP3s but wouldn't sell to someone in America. Finally out of frustration I did a Torrent download of her album but I really would have preferred to have just bought her music.

Hugh Boob Fuck For Car Payment

I've been playing designer... sort of. Bought a collection of PSDs from Web Infos and used them as a starting point to design a tour for Shemale amateur site that I'm setting up for a friend of FoxyAngel.

I forgot how intense I get when designing in Photoshop and before I realized it two days had gone by in what seemed like just a few hours.

Today after I got the tour up, at least all that I can get done until some better pictures are shot, I had to play catchup in all my other work.

Hurricane shutter dude started cutting the tracks for our new storm shutters today. Hopefully we won't get a hurricane between the time the old shutters are removed and the new ones are finished. It's going to be nice not having to struggle so much putting them up now that they have tracks to secure them.

Looking around the house I see it was more then just work I've neglected whilst consumed in Photoshop. Laundry has piled up, floors need cleaning, dirty dishes have piled up and all the other little mundane errands of living have piled up. Christy has been working two jobs and is just exhausted as I am.

Ebony Park Pickup

I actually saw a bit of blue sky this morning but the day quickly turned into our typical tropical hot and muggy rainy day with swarms of mosquitoes.

Did the gym once I was caffeinated and then spent just another mundane day of work.

I seem to be slowing returning to my old healthy self but I feel like a blob after not going to the gym or doing much besides feeling sick for the past three or four weeks. I guess the older you get the more getting sick kicks your ass.

I found a whimsical use for the old iMac G5 that was given to me in a trade. I installed 7art Ethnic Clock screensaver and put it in a wall unit without a keyboard or mouse so it just sits there showing the time. I can still control the Mac using screen sharing from another Mac or use the iPhone app ControlPad so it's not an issue that it doesn't have its own keyboard and mouse. Originally I was going to have it show pictures the way my AppleTV does but between its tiny 17" screen and disappointing options for showing pictures like the AppleTV does it ended up being just a clock. I'll probably put other screensavers on it or have it show pics if I can find something that shows them the way the AppleTV does. I would also like to set it up so that sound wakes the screen instead of having it on all the time but so far I haven't figured out how to do that.
